A blacklist record allows an IDVS scanner to identify ID numbers and drivers licenses that have been blacklisted. Once a South African Drivers License (SADL) or South African Vehcile License (SAVL) is scanned that matches with a blacklisted record, the guard as well as the configured recipients recieve a notification of the event.
