  • Click on the logo in the top left corner of the Portal next to the ClickOn logo.
  • Confirm that you would like to post the selected profile and click on the "Post Profile" button.

The global search allows you to enter one or more keywords in the search box, which then uses an optomized searching algorithm, which will return relevant results when searching for information. For example: Searching for “1334” will return anything with "1334" in it. In this case a unit, contact or device might be returned due to the unit number, contact phone and device serial matching the key phrase. By adding an additional word such as “Tag” will then return all results where "1334" AND "Tag" is found. The search will only link entities on matched unit numbers, so if you search for "1334" and it is a valid matching unit number, all relevant entities to that unit will also be displayed.

  • Type a keyword in the search box located in the top Title bar of the Portal.
  • Press the Enter key or click on the icon.
  • Navigate to the contact that has the device you would like to move.
  • Select the device from the grid.
  • A new option will appear on the grid header which will allow you to move the device to another contact.
  • Click on Profile Manager -> Admin -> Journal on the navigation bar on the left hand side of your screen.
